I would think the magistrate would be upset about this person defying the court ordered bond and order the tenant out immediately.Maybe you could go to civil court to have the tenant arrested for defying the court order?

Also in MA, police must arrest someone most of the time jn these situations, not sure it is always the right someone.

If you steal in San Jose and are caught you will be arrested and prosecuted.
