Not at all looking to stay strictly in the NYC area; have been looking around at markets in Long Island, Upstate New York, New Jersey, and the surrounding region.

Obviously been a rental for a long time, so lots of signs of neglect (but not gone so far that it was falling to ruin).

Hey,I am curious if any of you have found good deals on the market that were listed on the MLS for a long time (90+ days). 

I am here to create a business strategy that protects personal and business investments and mitigates risk,  procure a coach or mentor, and set up tax strategies to create long-term wealth for myself and my family. 

I'm looking at it long term and will not need the equity anytime soon.  

I'm not familiar with your market, but here are some thoughts:750 Sq ft is small for a 3/1.Interior looks like a flip but it seems like it has been owned by the sellers for a long time...so maybe not.They have been trying to sell this property for 6 months and have reduced price. 

But I'm getting substantial pushback from family exactly for being on-call like that for so long.

This is how long-term success is built.

The strategy there is more about long-term appreciation since cash flow can be razor-thin.
