If you had to cash directly from the client you would also have payment fees from PayPal or any credit card clearance company.They are quite reliable IMO (I.e. they do pay you what is due).That said they have an awful user interface, very confusing and literally with wrong statements.

I've started browsing on Zillow and websites like that, I'm reading books like "What every real estate investor needs to know about cashflow", and listening to the bigger pockets podcasts.

I like TenantCloud, user interface is nice and problems are usually handled promptly.

I was already in contract to buy a house and foolishly started “browsing” petfinder for dogs.

CC is insane, I was recently browsing rentals and a renovated 1bdrm with amenities was around $2,500 in one of the large developments.
