To address those concerns while also being able to meet in-person, the meetup will be outdoors, attendees will wear masks, and we will be 6 feet apart.My aim for this meetup is for there to be a loose structure, where local real estate investors can meet and share stories, goals, actions, and experiences related to real estate.Where: Hermann Park at the base of the Pioneer Memorial Obelisk (huge pointy monument) near the reflecting pool.

Only downside is there wasn't a ton of opportunity for networking since it was virtual and you really couldn't see the other attendees in the sessions-Began raising capital for our deal, sent out investor offering and even recorded a webinar doing a walkthrough of the investment details, this was huge!

Attendees of the local meet-ups pay a small fee for continued learning at the strategy sessions.

We want to make sure the event is as safe as possible for attendees and we're in the process of working with the venue to ensure that.

What I like about them is every meeting they devote 20 minutes to helping attendees find deals, announce their deals, find contractors, etc .

You don’t even have to attend some conferences, some will publish a list of their speakers and/or attendees and you could simply reach out directly after researching their firms online.
