Hey Folks - Today marks the 9-year anniversary of the founding of our BiggerPockets Blog.

And forget using it on my ipad or iphone.

In December it will be our one year anniversary at the house and the minimum amount of time required to refinance, at which time we'll be refinancing to a conventional mortgage to get rid of the dreaded PMI payment.

The nice thing about gmail contacts is that it works pretty good with my iphone and when I enter notes about the person or what they do it also automatically search the notes.
