Most wholesale thread you read first thing out of their mouth is  Hey I am only doing this so I can get some cash to buy rentals and enough rentals so i don't have to work.. well there is work in all this the whole mind set that real estate will allow you not to work is misplaced in my mind.

In fact, I don't know of any system that allows smartphone access without Wifi. and, I did some simple math, one refrigerator walking out the door in the middle of the night and it's $1,500 or squatters shooting drugs and it's major headache time.
