As a Canadian looking to invest in the states I’m wondering if there is any like minded Canadians in here who would be willing to chat! 

I would approach this question with a few things in mind, such as what are your investing objectives and how much time do you want to dedicate to this.

Keep in mind, we did have a 37-day delay due to Hurricane Ian which impacted the build timeline as well as the entire region.
