Lets say a teenager (16 y.o) is driving it and gets into a car wreck (hope it never happens)What issues could arise?

What pisses me off is that they always have people over, I've had teenage kids from previous marriages living there and then their family from abroad, then it was the husbands brother.

I've tried to find information on helping teenagers start a business but I can't seem to find the information I'm looking for. 

If the tenant has a teenager that bounces basketballs off the ceiling,  that is a behavioral issue of the tenancy creating the risk.My pending-sale duplex has asbestos shake siding over asbestos jersey brick on the exterior. 

My father was a GC for 40 years so I used to work on sites with him as a teenager.

I’m sure the Uber-rich have plans for these things- but they also probably have good insurance for their teenage drivers too!

It was my daughter, fiance and myself, as well as my roommate and her 2 teenagers.

IF by some chance, 10 years from now I manage to make enough money in my Real Estate investments (and whatever else) and achieve enough semi-passive (it's not REALLY "passive") income to quit my "day job" - how do I explain to my then-teenage sons why I expect them to go to college and get a job when, from what they see everyday, I don't!!

I say "them" because our tenants were now married... had been for well over 20 years... along with their teen age daughter.
