Hi everyone,andrew here fr singapore.I wanna check with u guys there if there is any company/finance house or even private individuals who is willingly to loan me a amount of USD$450,000 as i will be using the funds to purchase/finance a residential property in singapore(value ard USD$500,000).I would have no problem in paying back as i am a trained engineer but currently having some problem with the banks in singapore because due to the fact i was scammed in a business transaction a few years ago(loans taken fr the banks were all conned).I am a true and genuine borrower and i hope that only genuine lenders will contact me pls,i will dispense the informations abt the paying back interest rates and details with the interested parties when i replying back,thanks for viewing and have a nice day!

Hi I need to have a POA (my father in Reston VA) set up, ahead of time  being proactive to give wet signature to purchase of any property I buy, for purpose of speed efficiency for closeThe buyer is me, out of country (Singapore, u.s. citizen, buyer is LLc using my own and hard money,Purchase is Jacksonville FLNo contract yet.. being proactive..I'd like to give him POA for purchase of real estate as my LLC, for x amount of time.Do you think a title company will give me a general power of attorney form that I can Give POA to my father while I am out of country, without specific purchase address?
