Thanks @Garrett Simmons and @Chris T.I have noticed that about the ordinances, especially since the ideal listings that go fast tend to be at most restricted to 3-day minimums and those that are not as favorable have more restrictive covenants.Like everyone else I really wish I could rewind the clock a year or so, this would be much easier for me.I appreciate all of the responses!

Warren Simmons who owned Cran chile and Chevy's restaurant chain was my neighbor in Napa.. and he dissuaded me on anything Columbian at the time.that whole Eastern Adriatic is a best kept secret for sure..
