Since you paid for a pre lim that means you have an open escrow they may accommodate you and prep the deed for you. .WE always did our own.given the information on the PRE that you just posted.. you would be taking title no only Sub to the loan but the liens as well.

I know the universities are taking in record amounts of international students who have money to spend on high end furnished rentals.Ming Lim I was able to be very picky with the guests I accepted because of how high the demand was but I can understand the argument other condo owners would have against short term rentals.I am looking in Kingston, sizeable population with a large university.
