The problem is the demand is much lower than LA proper because it is so far out, and even if demand does rise, there are miles of empty desert lots so the big home builders just come in and increase the supply which caps the appreciation.

When we do, it usually points to a broken water line or malfunctioning toilet flapper, which we rectify in short order.Note: We live on the "wet" side of the state, not in the desert, so our water usage and water costs per cubic foot are reasonably low.
