Aside from the flap with the Russian reset button, she's flown under the radar when the current administration has pulled it's biggest blunders.Now she has every excuse to bail at her leisure.

They systematically forced all of the the tenants to move, then rented only to Russian speaking recent immigrants who did not know English and did not know American norms or tenant rights. 

When we were preparing the LLC I asked about the ownership and said its "51(him)/49(me)" and he said in his Russian accent "60/40" I said okay in a heart beat.

Had a heavy Russian or other Baltic accent so started to act like he suddenly didnt understand me.3. 4 yorkies (someone died so she took his 3 to create a matched set), sounds like a beginning hoarder …4.  3 adult cats, 1 kitten, 1 dog (obviously the cats arent spayed)5.  4 “service” dogs (yeah right just tryin to evade pet fee)6.  

I am a 22-years old Russian guy , I came to Spain two years ago and I didn't get any legal residence here yet, and in these two years I have saved some money for a couple months ahead to fund my start in wholesaling.

Anyway enough about flying and back to your regularly schedule real estate forum.I wanted to clarify  Indonesian  African and Russian airlines.. and maybe a little Chinese.. are the riskier ones..

What about Italians or Russians or Haitians or Cubans or Africans or people from everywhere else that come in illegally?
