How do you get accurate numbers to determine ROI? 

The market is going to go up in the next 5 years. Everyone has a timeline of when interest rates are going to change. Interest rates need to drop a certain amount in order for a person to make a transaction right now....

My point here is I don't know how they guarantee a deal but that is an interesting proposition.  

The attorney isn't answering them so she's not sure how to get the lien removed once they pay the bill.

I know the portfolio isn't huge, but it's somewhat diverse.
