One inquiry came from Europe, one from Kenya, and another from India.

Given the property prices in India, I might as well invest in the US.

Not to mention that they outsource their call center to India or Pakistan or some middle eastern place and that made things far more difficult since they had no clue what process was involved in closing in our state.

I lived next door to someone from south India, and I could smell it all the time.You could try putting a clause in the lease about smells, quiet enjoyment, and bothering other tenants... then hope for the best.
