What most born and raised Americans don't understand is how good we have it here and unfortunately most take it for granted.

Since that decoupling, there has been a long stream of "rah-rah" shows that IMO did not focus on ordinary people, bringing a sense of reality back to the process, and inspiring people not by stoking BS dreams of Grant Cardone (who's Grant Cardone, my long-running joke) but by highlighting how your any wo/man could do it, in a realistic way.

I heard about REI Reply on the Real Estate Rookie podcast with Tony Robinson (granted it was a few years ago) which is what piqued my interest.

Granted, this assumes they are good.

Granted, this was a contractor we have worked with many times, so he knew us and trusted the work. 

Granted the duplex will throw off more cash but you'll work your tail off for that.

Granted the ordinance was enacted and repealed in the past 60 days, we're all just kind of waiting for the new ordinance that continues to place financial responsibility for repairing infrastructure on homeowners.
