(Only if you are SERIOUS about real estate as your wealth/career vehicle.)Make sure you join a brokerage that is large, established, and has a reputation for top performance and excellent training.Once you learn the basics and get out into the field to see the state of the market, you'll learn the price points and be able to know a good/great deal when you stumble across it.I have made some of my best (most lucrative) buys from meeting with a seller who wants to list, and when we discussed the price, I knew it fit my parameters, so I bought it!

Hey @Marc Shin, as I said in your previous post I think 4.5 cuft is the minimum.If you can get a deal on a 5.0 and it will fit, then go with that.

Otherwise you are going to be at the mercy of getting information when the sponsor deems fit - anytime something like this happens - does not matter who the sponsor is you need to have an attorney on speed dial and get them involved and advising what to do and make sure you are agressive not passiveI have seen someone who was afraid to file a lawsuit end up at the back of the line and if they would have taken everyone’s advice they would have gotten close to their $250k back but instead they got zero.
