In this case it might be more of a 20/65/15 to get what you need out of selling the 1st. 

But if you're comfortable with rougher areas, then you can definitely find properties at lower prices.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I imagine a T-6 is just a Trailing 6 month table that shows our rents, expenses all fully tabulated and organized into a summary table, but having a hard time finding documentation online to support that. 

He will be living in this unit until at least next December.  

Too bad it’s not in a different state. 

Most of the members invest in USA, but UAE, australia and several places in Europe are represented.

I've never seen anything like this in 15 years of being in the industry.
