Father in law sold an inherited property 12 years ago and carried the note for they buyers. 

I found a partner (happens to be my father in law) that can be my boots on the ground while i do a lot of the back office stuff and deal finding that is not his strong suit.  

Apparently my father loved baseball (and Ty).

After working there for a year and learning as much as I could about the business I started my own company with my father and now we focus mainly on buying properties for us to flip.

My father has been in buying and selling in real estate (mostly commercial) for about 45 years and he has taught me a little bit.  

She moved in with her 90 year old father and he took a trip the first month to Texas and died.

So I'm selling a property with my Father. 

I've done 5-6 flips with my father-in-law and everything was in his name but I really want to get one in my own name.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to all the members here in hopes of gaining lasting partnerships and friendships with the people here.I am a 30 year old husband and father who lives in the insane area (real estate wise) of Vancouver BC Canada.

You may have to prove the deal on the first few, but after that things get easier.My father in law has lent me some money in the past.
