@John Mccleve here are some property managers I know personally and would have them manage my units if I didn’t have an assistant who helped me manage all of mine @Dick Rosen and @Doug McVinua.As far as investor friendly real estate agents go, my partner @Jason Moss, is the best one I know of.

I just like the idea of keeping a lot of options open in case it does make sense to sell in the near future.Thanks @Greg Moss - It is definitely hard to find good deals in this area but I think it can certainly be done if you are patient; I am personally just not a fan of the B/C neighborhoods and feel like there is more risk there.
