Anyone familiar with PMs who collude with house-hunting companys to purposefully make me more inclined to sell?

Are you currently self-managing or do you have a management company?

For example, we've recently taken over marketing internally because the property management company was not experienced enough in using the newer advertising methods we need to pursue.

If you are new and don't have a clue, then I would certainly recommend them or some company that can guide you through things until you have an understanding.

However, they are merging with another company next month which does NOT have MLS-only memberships.

My business partner owns a roofing company but has weak credit and more limited cash flow.An LLC is a common choice for partnerships since it protects personal assets and simplifies tax management.

I personally use a company called swift permits.

And thoroughly vet the company and operators.
