IE how big of loans can they make on their own without running it up the flag pole.. and or going to loan committee.. this is very important.so with my banker starting out 100k was his limit.. then it got raised over the years.. and the new bank that bought his bank does not have loan committee its a regional bank.. so it just goes up to senior management.. we are getting ready to drop first round of loans for a 90 home community I am building..
