Ray,If and only if the property cashflows, then approach the owner directly and tell them what you want to do.It will either fly or not.

@Ray LaiAlthough I am not happy with this wholesaler, or the other two real estate agents that I used as references, I only gave out the contractors name to prevent anyone else from getting screwed by him.

@Alex Ray Looks like you did things backwards. ;-) You should have priced properties before making the move.
