My new property is off Willow east of Perkins, and I plan on renting it for 845/month.

Scott Perkins Generally speaking, it's not recommended to keep rentals in a corp.

Charles Perkins who is a CPA might guide you here and see your accountant.You might manipulate your income, but if you're salaried just bite the bullet and manipulate your additional income and carry forward as you can.
