Hey everyone.  I am a 26 year old new lawyer in Memphis, TN.  Also, looking to purchase first rental by 3/1/17.  I practice Estate Planning and Probate Law.  I am beginning to develop some skills in various parts of Real Estate Law.  I enjoy traveling, video games, books, yard work, automobile repair, and house maintenance.  I own a 2 bed/1 bath in Midtown, and I am currently buying a 3/2 in Colonial Acres.  Happy deal hunting everyone!
