I was looking for tax deed auctions in NYC, everything that's offered is: Bronx, Queens, Staten Island and Brooklyn...Manhattan-nothing!

My plan is to start wholesaling 1-2 family homes in and around my area of Brooklyn, NY (perhaps out of it if I find that that's where the investors that are buying are more interested since I'm familiar with pretty much all of Brooklyn).
