Hello everybody.What is the best way to invest 200k ?

Hello.My name is Terry.I live in Brooklyn NY.My main field is E-commerce - online sales.Recently I became very interested in Real Estate investment.I do have 200k just sitting in my bank account and I want to invest them asap.But unfortunately for me I do have very little experince in real estate.So I would appreciate any suggestions on where to start and what is the best way for newbie like me.(flipping, rental, mobile homes etc.)

I think finding the partner with experience  would be the perfect solution in my case. I will be grateful  for any comments, also if you will become interested.
