I stick around Palos, Oak Lawn, Chicago Ridge and the Mt Greenwood/Beverly area just because I'm close by and self manage. 

My multi family investor is still; very eager to acquire apt buildings in areas/surrounding neighborhoods of Beverly Hills, West LA, Culver City, Mar Vista and Santa Monica areas etc..

@Tim White Quite a bit of additional information would be required on your deal to be able to ascertain a value but the initial sniff test says that unless this park is in the middle of Beverly Hills California don't walk, run away.
