I will have to finish reading thru the CAFR for Asheville this weekend, but I am still a little weary about picking a small town to invest in property, especially when it comes to determining which smaller town is stronger seeing as to how they don’t have a CAFR and I am relying on often inconsistent data that I find on the internet.
