Even though, I don't think I will actually use that much because I will pay cash for many things and have lots of materials already due to the renovation I'm doing on the commercial property (it came with lots of materials - lumber, plywood, etc.).Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I built mine out of solid oak and it cost me almost the same amount in lumber minus tools cost and labor, but I know that my vanity will last 2 or 3 times longer.Finally, if I have the space and everything close in price, I would buy the maple vanity because of reasons stated above.

Thanks in advanceWe have gone with both Sherwin Williams (they have the contractor paints in the back) and Home Depot, flooring we have done Floor and décor for tile, We have found good pricing on flooring on some of the Lumber Liquidator items.You can also get the Home Depot pro desk to match or beat pricing if the order is large enough

If you knew the reserve in advance you'd know the minimum the bank has set for the property to unload it.

If the house itself is constructed to code (lumber dimensions, insulation, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and shows well and is affordable to operate, it should not affect your rental rate.
