Laterals can get clogged as water is not running out, the dirt hardens arond the outlets and vegitation backs up with roots and debris falling in.

:cry: new at this.....found a maufactered home that might be good for flippping....not sure....question is how to know :shock: ....the sqft price is really LOW, :D the location is GREAT :D ....but not sure if it has water damage...the carpet is wet :crying: ....what to do..... all other problems can be solved with paint or soap and water.....appreciate some insight .....

Your feedback is at the root of my concern...the amount of repair money does make it a slim deal should I have any budget over run and therefore limiting my exit strategy options.
