We replaced some bad spots, soaked the rest with enzymes, used a dehumidifier, then primed full strength with zimmer (?)

I'm still soaking it in but I have to believe there's no way I can do this without asking for help... something I'm not used to.  

This is mortgaged property #4 for me so I'll be out of the game for awhile soaking up knowledge and determining my next best move.

Could be the property is soaked in cat urine and cigarette smoke.

I've listened to the Bigger Pockets podcasts, and I've been reading books to try to get up to speed and soak up as much information as I can about the business.I have long term goals of owning rental properties in different cities across the country, as well as owning some Airbnb vacation properties.

I am soaking it all in and in the near future you will see another post from me telling all of you about closing my first deal.I'm working more and more towards that first property.

I was there by 2PM with a flood company and it's much smaller than it seemed - only one small corner, no furniture there, and is not SOAKED.. carpet is just wet in the corner.
