@Jonathan Twombly  the real estate how to seminar circuit is all founded or based off of he MLM s that came before them.. same companies run the back ends and fulfillments.. the presentations are exactly the same from the freebie first meeting to the step up feeder meeting to the spend the big bucks..Very well choreographed and Fulfillment companies ( 95%) based in Utah are VERY good at what they do  its HUGE MONEY for those guys.. as in 50 million dollar jet money.. :)

The funny thing is, the more attention (even if negative) they get, this just draws more gullible investors to their website and youtube to fulfill their "dreams of cash flow".
