I know of a great TV Producer (@Bill Greene) with a great resume if the Bigger Pockets crew is interested....and he's located only a few miles from BP headquarters.

Then, they will resume their long term, inflation driven trend, with 10-15% fluctuations off that level over the course of a few years.

This rehab sounds challenging and I would have done some serious vetting for a contractor with an extensive resume of structural work.

I was told not to pass out my business card / bio resume though I had paid the $500.  

I thought the real estate space would have a company already providing this service since so many of us are self-teaching, but if you know of any robust digital learning tools in any industry I am interested.  

Anticipation is high for a rebound in 2024, but according to many economists (including those above) it may be another 6+ months before we even begin to see lower interest rates and yet another 6-12 months until relative affordability resumes.

It might take a long time to build a robust portfolio but that’s real estate.

It would be a bit of a drive for me, but I submitted my resume and hopefully I'll be able to snag it and it will work for me :)

Even with the strength of Rightmove.co.uk, the information was not as robust as that of the US.
