no problem. i called the ones that angie mentioned, but did not leave a message after going through the prompts. i also called the guy that Kelly sent over (thank you), who works for Chase. he said that it's weird what the other 2 brokers told me as he saw "no problem working on a loan like this". he asked to see a summary of all mortgages/types of homes/ballances/purchase price/date.should hear back tomorrow and will report back.

That said, she responded to me promptly and got me out to see the home so I felt I should write my offer with her.I explained to her that this would not be an owner occupied property and that I would be using a hard money loan from dohardmoney.com.  

Answer emails quickly and return calls promptly.

I'll preface the story with: once my current roommate and I realized what was going on, we promptly moved out. 

This prompted me to write my own blog since after posting pictures on Facebook of those builds, my friends started asking me questions about real estate.  

Respond promptly, always keep your agent in the loop with when you are looking and what you are looking for and they will take care of youDid you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
