I do something very similar to @Will Fraser with the Moleskin note book, but with an index in the back, So not nearly as high tech as you, but while still having the ability to find my notes.When I have a large decision to make and I've arrived at the choice, I write out the entire process that lead me to that decision in narrative form.

Financially speaking (leaving aside personal life style choices and individual circumstances) tje only way renting could be financially advantageous is putting what would have been the purchase money into the stock market (index fund ETF’s would be the safest play.)

Google crawls the domain name before anything else when indexing your site so whatever you want to rank for, I suggest using that as your domain name and then getting a second one to park on it and use that one in your marketing.
