Rehab on this house included, patching the roof, replacing and tiling the bathroom, sanding, staining and sealing hardwood floors, reframing and drywalling a cutout arch between kitchen and dinning room, fixing some electrical, painting, Rescreening a porch, building a fence, planted walls and ceiling and installing a new kitchen, installing French drain, added insulation and probably more that I can’t even remember.

There was a slow leak I wasn’t aware of but it was left for 24 hours and the water dripped down from the first floor onto the hardwood.

You might can assist them with this.For example if they don't know the difference between  orange peel texture, level 5 smooth drywall finish, and Italian plaster, or maybe the difference between LVP, engineered wood, and 3/4" hand scraped hardwoods, or even the difference between softwood and hardwood, then that can perhaps make a difference when showing the house to certain people who do know the difference.What kind of appliances have you used?

I have an apartment coming online for Sept 1st, 2023 - The unit is a 2 bedroom (new carpet & new windows), 1 bathroom, hallway & living room are original hardwood floors to the home, eat in kitchen space with new refrigerator & over, In-Unit washer & dryer, 1 off street parking space (can provide 2 if needed), heat, water, and sewer are included in the rent.
