Ha Ha , I 'm only telling you what the guy said on the radio show , take it with a grain of salt , he's a constant guest on the show and lot of his advice on internet was pretty good especially how to avoid viruses and cyber attacks on the internet the correct way.

I get why you would use a realtor before but it's silly right now. 2) seems like their main source of advertising is a hand draw "for rent sign" ha and 3) You've gotta take the hit and just lower prices till you get some interest.

The rent control policy in NYC in the 70s caused a lot of property owners to abandon their properties (or even worse, burn down their vacant buildings for insurance money) because they were not allowed to make a profit anymore.Those kind of policy ideas seem to be making a comeback on a national level.I'm worried I might invest a lot of time and money, only to get screwed by the government, ha.
