There is a large real estate company, I won't mention the name but they have an app for their people where they input everything that needs to be done, carpet, paint, tile, granite, sheetrock, ect, ect.

My kitchens all have special order cabinets, quartz countertops (better than granite, they dont stain), stainless appliances, washer dryers, bathrooms are all fully remodeled.

THEY BASICALLY DO WHAT SMART INVESTORS ARE DOING KNOW BY FIXING UP THE HOMES REALLY NICE WITH UPGRADES, BUT ADDING GRANITE AND TILE BACKSPLASHES AND THEY ARE SELLING.Rant.

Granite countertops.

Laminate floors, updated cabinets, granite...etc.

I suppose we would presume that "in the business of" would indicate a company such as a servicer or loan brokers like Granite or Kondaur. 

Is granite in the kitchen and bath needed or an unnecessary luxury for the market.

I am doing a flip where the home was built in 1988 and I left the original oak cabinets in and added granite and tile backsplash.

Other than FCI, I see Granite, but will need to set up a corporation.  

There are a lot of sellers of NPN that don't charge af fee.Get on buyers list like Granite. google the net you will find them.
