@Camille Joos-Visconti I think if you become someone's colleague on BP, you can send a direct message.To answer your question, I spent $50k on remodeling the entire 2-bdm apartment, including new sheet rocks, ceiling, paint, kitchen cabinet, countertops+all new appliances, new flooring, new bathroom, re-finished all doors, new recessed lights....but I learned that I could save money on hiring a good GC, instead of negotiating with individual sub contractors myself.

We repaired water damaged joists and subfloors in the kitchen and bath, new lvp throughout, new paint throughout, and new kitchen cabinets and countertops, and new bathroom.

Hey guys,I've spent a good part of the day looking for designs, researching products, and honestly I feel like I've achieved very little.Yes, I've tried to search BP and couldn't find what I'm looking for.I know that I want to do the vinyl wood plank flooring, but I need ideas for what materials to put in remodeling the kitchen and bathrooms -- I'm starting to narrow down a design, but I'm lost as far as kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks ( most problem/leak free) Anyone have any suggestions for materials, websites, links, blog posts for how to efficiently remodel a rental that will be owned for the next 20 years?

So the house really needs to shine; particularly the kitchen (granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, etc.) and bathrooms (tile shower surround, double sink, etc.).
