Also I’m talking with developers they can have bots handle bookings, cleaning coordination, calendar synchronization and more.

I dont have many units but I am trying to simplify and automate my airbnb's and also list them in different plataforms.Does anybody have any good experience with Chanel Managers, it would be good to have some automate calendars, mesaging, distribution etc.I see there are many, some of them really expensive but it they guarianty having the places full with a simplified system I would jump into it.Does anybody has a good experience with any of these, or one I didnt include in the list?

You can't just fill the calendar as much as possible like other markets.

Yes this is our first year. 9 months in and yes so far we covered all OPX and are on the profit side with 9 available weekends remaining in the 2022 calendar

Due diligence is how you will find the perfect solution...not a calendar deadline. 

It's more satisfying than it should be and honestly reveals some of the darkness in my heart that I take such joy in watching our calendar book up before theirs. 

Try asking realtor, vacation rental owners, bed and breakfast owners, looking at their calendars, etc for places that are extremely close to not extremely close and see what they do.Originally posted by @Duncan Banks:While the cape is flooded in the warmer months it is quite desolate in the off season.

There is already a buffer of time allocated to this before going live.I’m simply trying to finish as much of the online presence, descriptions, details, instructions, etc because I have the time now to allocate to that.I’ve searched online for tutorials on “listing” properties for the various portals but most are outdated (Airbnb has changed A LOT) and it seems like some of the finer tweaks that would make to a listing only happen AFTER it’s live and published.If anyone has gone through a similar process of trying to input as much information to a listing as possible please let me know what your steps were.My gut feeling is that I need to actually set it live but then quickly blackout the entire calendar so no one can book yet.
