Investment Info:

Single-family residence hard money loan investment in Tully.

Purchase price: $430,000
Cash invested: $90,000

My wife and I took our first step and purchased our first STR in upstate NY overlooking the Finger Lakes. We went live December 29, 2021 after some minor alternations and set up features.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS listing and used a local agent

How did you finance this deal?

Cash out Refi on primary residence

How did you add value to the deal?

remodeled 1 bathroom, and planning to add a roof mounted solar assembly to completely eliminate our electrical costs

What was the outcome?

Took our listing live in December 2021.
