We just purchased the ground floor in the last year because the location is A+ (borders a park, $1-$3MM+ homes all around.  

The fact that I contacted an other agent in that office and she offered to hold my offer as a back up ,when we requested it with my original offer I told my agent this borders on fraud and he responded "it is fraud" I don't know what is so hard to see .

It was a 5 bed, 2 bath, 1500 sqft home on the border of Hazel Park and Ferndale last July.This year prices have gone up.Willing to share your connection????

I am just under the NH border and regularly look in the Nashua Area.

I would say Roseville because I'm from Rocklin which borders to Roseville.

This is in a decent area, I used to live near there myself, on the border with Denver near 285/Wads.

I currently live in Watertown close to the Belmont border.

We spent $2,000 on a half duplex in a decent area about 20 min away from us and another we bought is a home on 5 acres with a lovely creek bordering the property.
