You verify employment by speaking with the book keeper of the employer and the immediate supervisor of the tenant to be.Phone numbers are a dime a dozen, and can be changed almost daily, so let's get put of the 80s already.I require my tenants to have a bank account in the town of the property that is maintained in good standing for the term of the lease.Maintaining a bank account tells me that the tenant applicant has been screened and identity verified enough for a bank, so this is a good thing.

I'll try to do so next.So I think the way this knowledge applies is that it could actually reduce the amount of effort and costs related to an operation for a married couple, fully owning say an LLC, in a community property state.If I do in fact have a partnership for Federal tax purposes, and a filing requirement, I might have several additional items to consider:1) Cost of filing a 1065 partnership tax return, time and money2) Cost of any bookkeeping, book to tax adjustments, or any other efforts required to allocate amounts to respective partners on a GAAP or tax (depending on operation's accounting method)3) Cost of any state filing requirements.

I paid $3,000 dollars plus a $35 dollar monthly fee for unlimited attorney access, free legal contracts/documents, access to a funding community, a bookkeeper for free my first year, oodles of free educational videos and live virtual classes, a dirt-cheap ticket to a live event, oh yes and setting up my business LLC and personal residents trust, as well as my Land trust if we had purchased a condo in FL that fell through.

It is very helpful and has the ability to send checks for your for free.But I suggest having a Bookkeeping software rather then Excel.
