I've heard that once you appear on some of those lists you will get upwards of 10-20 calls/knocks/postcards per day.

Going to try and get my first campaign out this week. 1000 voice mail drops, 500 yellow letters, 500 post cards.

I'm looking for something that will map, geotag, and export to CSV for mailing purposes (also love the built in mailing from Dealmachine idea, but if I have 10 people sending me the same lead, I'm not sure I want them to get 10 DM postcards.) 

I started a wholesaling operation and have been steadily sending out postcards to absentee owners with 40% or more equity in Dade County.
