When we visualize the outcome of our actions or the lack there of we tend to strike our own match (under our feet).

Dont rush into any deal yet get the education in real estate 1st then strike.

But WhitePages.com just strikes me as weak in comparison.

Everyone will have their own opinion of that, and their reasoning for why their number is the "rule" you should strike for.  

Personally, I'm trying to save as much as possible so that I can strike when the timing is right/better.
