I say "likely" because there simply isn't enough information to 100% affirm which way this will go.Her being removed from the title in exchange for compensation can pose issues as it can be classified as a sale.

For example A cabinet door that will not stay shut and I run into it every time I walk into the kitchen, or water pressure that is so low I can’t get all the soap and conditioner out of my thick hair or windows that let cold air come in and make me really uncomfortable and drive my heating bill up .

ill say this.....it took me 14 months to get my first wholesale deal......and everyone was in my ear saying "youre not doing something right..." etc........but in that 14 months it was a self development thing for me......i began to read books.....i didnt read a book for leisure until i was 31...........i developed an early morning routine.....i developed discipline.....now im probably the most disciplined person that i know......I get up everyday at 430 am....i meditate....i pray....i have an affirmation journal and a gratitude journal......i fast for 48 hours weekly.....i take cold showers.....i work out.....i do yoga.....etc.......i say all that to say this......its all a mindset thing......keep pushing!!!

You can usually run a few lamps, alarm clocks, phone chargers, etc no problem, but if the tenant wants to (say) use a hair dryer in the bedroom, they might end up popping a breaker.If you have to run a new circuit just for the window unit(s), consider putting a single outlet next to each unit, instead of the common duplex outlet.
