Would be grateful to speak on the subject in greater detail to pinpoint what my options may be as I have many other issues that tie in as well. 

For example our first property was a grateful mistake, it was an awesome learning experience but hands down the wrong direction. 

If you want to refute something, then come up with a better argument.....And if you want to bring in the "liberal vs conservative" side of things....how about the conservatives not having this high and mightily attitude that they are all mother Theresa and do a service for the poor and unfortunate out of the goodness of their heart and those people should just shut up and be grateful for even having a roof over their head..... those people are lucky to have the "opportunity" to live in the park they own........ oh please.....MHP owner are in it for the $$...... nothing wrong with that...... we are ALL on here to learn how to make more $$....but there are ethical and unethical ways to make $$ in ANY business.

When this tenant moved in I (maybe stupidly) personally reached out to say hi and they were really grateful to move into a nice home in a decent area and were basically like "we plan on staying here forever, thanks".

I want to take the time and learn and do research before jumping in but I am grateful for this site and all the people and info here.

This thread has proved my instincts correct, and I am grateful.  

I’m just grateful my wife’s family happen to be from a cool college town in the Midwest with lots of things going for it now and in the future.
