Everybody knows a little english and will help you with a big smile (we're pretty nice).

Only two local stations seemed to have covered it (an english and spanish station) and although big at the time, it wasn't big enough where I heard about the incident.

If you keep your letters short, I mean bare bones minimum, you can write your letter in English and Spanish, 1 paragraph or so for each on the same page.Another option which is pretty popular, is to add the line "Se Habla Espanol"Just make sure you have someone who can speak Spanish ready.

So here are my discussion questions:What works when your target areas or mailing list may contain people who do not speak English or would prefer to speak/read Spanish?

So now I'm looking for an 800 number and answering service provider.Short money and has good customer services / call handling people who are easy to understand and have English as their primary language.
