The cost is C H E A P like $125/yr and as it's their property, setting a minimum coverage is foolish IMO.2014, my upstairs tenant started a fire in a stuffed chair causing $95k damages to the property and about 75% loss of their personal property.

This might look like both parties entering into a transaction jointly on day one, setting the equity participation based on that initial funding and splitting all future expenses and income on that same basis.However, the overarching principle here, and what is subject to the IRS looking at the facts and circumstances of a particular case, is that there may be no direct or indirect benefit between a plan and a disqualified party in either direction.

Another option is to cut your beadboard at chair rail height (it will take a bit more material) and hide the seam with a piece of moulding to create the chair rail.

I was also talking to one investor on another post and he says he rents the furniture to the students per semester. ( desk, dresser, rolling chair, bookcase, a/c) he charges $35/1 - 35+25/2 - 35+25+15 / 3 -  35+25+15+10/ 4 and $60 for the a/c unit. for additional income
